Since most buyers begin their home search online, the staging begins with amazing photos to visually and emotionally connect a buyer to the property and is reinforced with their first step into the staged home. Staged homes sell faster, meaning fewer days on the market, which can save you not only time but thousands of dollars in monthly carrying costs.

I will begin with a consultation and a checklist.  I will listen to everyone's needs and concerns and work from there.  My process moves on to  sorting through belongings, helping with decisions of what to take, sell, donate, or pass onto family members. I arrange for pick ups for donation or consignment; set up an estate sale, set up moving services, cleaning and even staging the home to sell quickly and at the best price.


I have a long-established list of professionals that I have worked with successfully who will be available for any needed service, from needed home repairs, cleaning, packing, moving, and unpacking and decorating tastefully and thoughtfully, so that when you open the door to your new home, it is already cozy and ready to sit down and enjoy.

ESTATE SALES

Coordinate, set up and conduct Estate Sales
























There is no cost out of pocket to you, we are paid from the proceeds of the sale. We go above and beyond the norm to realize the maximum proceeds for the Estate.


Leave all the work to us. There is no need to clean the house other than to remove or tag items you wish to keep.  We can liquidate the entire house and we offer full clean out services!


We will come in and arrange the items to be sold, appraise, tag and sell your items a safe and secure way!

Sales usually run 2 to 3 days, depending on the size of the Estate.

We take care of all the advertising:

  • Local signage on the day of the sale
  • Advertisement in the Detroit Free Press or local newspaper
  • Advertise on Estatesales.net- Detailed ads that include photos
  • Facebook.com - Detailed ads that include photos and updates on our sales for                      customers who regularly use Facebook
  • Our personal email list of 250+ loyal customers
  • We’re GREEN! Estate liquidation is a great way to recycle items giving them a new life!        Once the sale is over, we can also arrange pick up of any unsold items you wish to                donate to Charity. Any items that cannot be donated are ethically recycled.

Within days after the sale, we will send or deliver a check to you for the proceeds, along with a detailed settlement sheet.

We will gladly pursue different avenues for the sale of any valuable items left after the tag sale via our network of dealers, collectors and sometimes through E bay, if you wish.
